Refund policy
This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through the ZISU’C website. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Product Nature
ZISU’C offers skincare and personal care products. Due to the hygienic and safety nature of these products, opened or used items are not eligible for return.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for unopened and unused products within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- the product must be unopened and unused
- the product must be in original packaging
- the product must show no signs of opening, use, or tampering
- proof of purchase must be provided
- the return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Returns must be approved prior to shipping. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an error on our side (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packaged. ZISU’C is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Use of a trackable shipping method is strongly recommended.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact:

The request must include clear photographic evidence.
After review, ZISU’C will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund, at our discretion.
Claims submitted after the specified timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
5. Refund Processing
Once a returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.
Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges
ZISU’C does not provide direct product exchanges.
Customers who wish to obtain a different product may submit a return request for an eligible unopened item in accordance with this policy. Once the return is approved and processed, a new order may be placed separately.
7. Product Safety & Skin Sensitivity
ZISU’C skincare products are formulated to be suitable for a wide range of skin types and are developed using clinically tested formulations designed to support skin health and balance.
However, individual skin responses may vary depending on factors such as skin sensitivity, allergies, pre-existing skin conditions, or other individual characteristics.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the ingredient list prior to purchase and use.
If you have known allergies, highly sensitive skin, or diagnosed skin conditions, we recommend consulting with a qualified skincare professional or dermatologist before introducing new skincare products into your routine.
As with any skincare product, performing a patch test prior to full application is recommended.
ZISU’C is not responsible for individual allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse skin responses that may occur due to personal skin conditions or sensitivities.
8. Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility lies with the carrier.
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.
If you experience delivery issues, including lost or delayed packages, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
9. Fraud Prevention and Policy Abuse
To protect our customers and business operations, ZISU’C reserves the right to limit, refuse, or deny returns, refunds, or replacement requests in cases of:
- suspected abuse of the return policy
- excessive return activity
- fraudulent claims
- chargeback abuse
Accounts associated with such activity may be restricted from future purchases.
10. Policy Enforcement
ZISU’C reserves the right to refuse any return, refund request, or claim that does not comply with the terms of this policy.
11. Cosmetic Use
ZISU’C products are cosmetic products intended for external use only.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
