Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, holidays, or promotional events.
Once an order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier, the order cannot be modified, canceled, or redirected.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method, shipping carrier, and destination. Any delivery estimates provided at checkout are approximate and not guaranteed.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the carrier becomes responsible for the transportation and delivery of the shipment.
We are not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or other shipping issues caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Delivered Shipments
If tracking information provided by the shipping carrier confirms that the package has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, the order will be considered fulfilled.
We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are lost, stolen, misplaced, or otherwise not received after delivery confirmation.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery location is secure.
Claims for shipments marked as delivered must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs required to resend the package.
Tracking Information
Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear in the carrier’s system.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us at info@zisuc.us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
The request must include clear photographic evidence of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
After reviewing the submitted information, ZISU’C will determine the appropriate resolution at its sole discretion, which may include replacement or refund where applicable.
Claims submitted after the specified timeframe may not be eligible for review or resolution.
International Shipping
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country.
Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond estimated delivery times and are outside our control.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
